Steps to reproduce:

When temporarily loading WebExtensions with web-ext or from about:debugging, in recent Nightly, CSS loaded into the sidebar does not apply.



Actual results:

CSS not applied.


Expected results:

CSS applied

Works fine with Dev Edition.
