138446 - reloading xul file, possible memory leak

I placed the following in a chrome accessible directory (if that's the way of
phrasing it) and accessed it via a chrome URL. It didn't produce what I wanted,
which might be my problem, but I also noticed that repeatedly trying to reload
it sent memory consumption up? BuildId: 2002041803

please comment again with details. if not, please resolve this bug as
WORKSFORME. thanks.
