Right now the dialog can't be dismissed via keyboard. Not sure if Enter would be the most logical way to do it, with ESC to cancel it and remain on the string.
Never mind, right after I filed the bug it worked exactly like this… I wonder if it was a focus problem (i.e. I clicked on the sidebar), but it seems to work consistently when I'm working in the translate area.
