1385142 - Small window of time before wifi is connected that location bar will not react

STR:
1. resume from idle
2. immediately type a URL into the awesomebar
3. hit return before the wifi has re-connected

Expected result: page load attempt, resulting in error screen (not connected to the network) or successful page load once the connection is established.

Actual result: no attempt, but location bar looks as if the request has been made (I believe the stop/reload animation completes).

There is a small window of time between being able to type (OS is responsive) to wifi being re-connected where I can type in the location bar and hit Enter and nothing happens. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's annoying, and a comparative nicety that Chrome retries in that situation until the wifi connection is made (so I don't have to retry the request).
