Steps: on any web page, click bookmark this page in context menu (or Ctrl+D)
expected result: open the file bookmark box
actual result: nothing happens, only Ctrl+shift+D works
same bug on Linux (Debian sid, kernel 2.4.18) with mozilla1.0rc1.
It actually does work, and puts the file in your default directory, which may or
may not be the root directory, but there is no feedback.  The behavior recently
changed with a massive menu reorganization.
