Under file -> new, "new window" appears above "new tab"
Right clicking on a link "open in tab" appears above "open in new window"
As a tab junky, I approve of the right click change,
but the inconsistent ordering with the file->new is confusing
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. File -> new
2. Right click on a link
3. observe reverse ordering of window/tab options :)
Expected Results: Consisntently list window or tab 1st
