https://api-dev.bugzilla.mozilla.org/latest/configuration never finishes loading or is very slow. It's used by https://bugherder.mozilla.org/ to mass change bugs after merges which doesn't work for that reason.
might be the same problem as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1372539 maybe ?

Possibly the cache wasn't warm at the time?

Looks like something was up with the cache. I was indeed able to mark Aryx' merges from earlier today without issue now.

Thank you for the starring. It worked for me intermittently now (at least 1 attempt failed, switched to tethering, 2 attempts succeeded [in new profile], 1 failed in default profile, switched back to normal connection, attempts succeeded in default profile; whatever).
