[Prerequisites]:
- From about:config make the following changes:
browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.enabled = true
- Recommended by Pocket tiles are enabled.

[Steps]:
1. Open Nightly browser and open a new tab.
2. Move the mouse cursor over the tiles.
3. Observe highlight state. 

[Expected results]:
- The tiles that are focused with the mouse cursor have the titles title highlighted with blue color.

[Actual results]:
- The highlight for title is missing.

[Notes]:
- The only focus representation is the gray border that appears around the tile.
- A-S from TxP had also the highlight for the title.

Fixed with https://github.com/mozilla/activity-stream/pull/3030 to be uplifted via bug 1385716.

Managed to reproduce the initial issue on 56.0a1 (2017-07-29). I can confirm that 57.0b6 build1 (20171005195903) is fixed, using Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 16.04 x64 and Mac OS X 10.11.6.
