138601 - MailNews does not open for the second time

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417

If browser is running and mailnews is opened, the closed, then started again, it
will not start.

STEP TO REPRODUCT
=================
1)Disable QuickStart (I will talk about this later), and ensure there are no
instances of mozilla in memory.

2)Start Mozilla browser.
3)Start MailNews (from component bar).
4)Close MailNews.
5)Repeat 3 and notice nothing happends.


WORKAROUNDS
===========
1) Close mozilla completely (ie check with Task Manager that it is not in memory).
2) Start Mozilla browser or Mail.

NOTES
=====
The quicklauch feature cause mozilla to remain resident in memory. This needs to
be exited from / disabled for mailnews to be run for a second time.

At this point in time, third-party themes will be broken by a recent change.
You will need to use Classic/Modern until new versions of the skins are released.

Just to let you know that new versions of pinball and other 3rd party themes are
now available in XULPlanet!  By uninstalling the old versions and installing
these new ones, it fixes this bug!
