I have a PGP key set in my prefs and get the usual messages with subjects like
  [Bug X] (Secure bug X in Y :: Z)
and encrypted body. This has headers like X-Bugzilla-Reason, X-Bugzilla-Type, etc, set as genuine mail filters, but Gmail doesn't support filtering on those. It can only work on the email body and that's encrypted.

Removing the PGP key results in a plain text mail, but that doesn't include the X-Bugzilla headers in the body.

Since we already have the X-Bugzilla-* in mail headers, could we modify securemail to always have a plain text section like begins like regular bug messages, eg:

------- You are receiving this mail because: -------
You reported the bug.
You are watching the component for the bug.

X-Bugzilla-Reason: Reporter
...
I think this is possible, but I haven't looked deeply at the email bits just yet.
