Details
To help reviewers and QA let's redirect to the admin app behind the VPN. This will result in a hanging page if not connected to the VPN but it will speed things up for people that regularly need the admin.

The redirection rule is now on -dev and -stage.
Please verify and let us know how it works.

We'll try to deploy this to -prod this Thursday.
Currently we're waiting for https://github.com/mozilla-services/cloudops-deployment/pull/951 to be deployed first.
