Details
Enable webrender via the pref gfx.webrender.enabled = true. Go to www.msn.com and scroll the page. Notice how badly the page is displayed.

Since this bug has become a blocker of 1386665 does that mean it is confirmed? If yes, then please update the Status.

Just turned on Webrender and the problem on msn.com has gone away.

Thanks for the update! (And in response to comment 1, marking this bug as blocking 1386665 doesn't necessarily mean it has been confirmed. It just means we need to deal with it one way or another before turning webrender on by default on Nightly).

With WR enabled msn.com will begin red flashing of it's contents when scrolled. This has been happening the last few versions of Nightly.
