[Affected platforms]:

Mac OS X 10.12

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Go to Netflix and play a video
2. After the video starts move the mouse over the progress bar.

[Expected result]:

The progress bar doesn't flicker when you move the mouse over it.

[Actual result]:
 The progress bar flickers.

NOTE: Please see the attached video for a better understanding.
Does this happen with regular nightly or 56 beta, and if so, can we have a regression range?

I've tried to reproduce the issue described in comment 0 but without success.

I couldn't download the try build provided in the Description. After that, I also tried to reproduce the described behavior using latest Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-09-12) on macOS 10.12, but the progress bar didn't flicker at all when moving the mouse over it.

On beta 56.0b11, I've encountered the following error which doesn't allow the video to be played: Error Code: F7701-1003 (please see the attachament above).

Maybe the issue was isolated and affected only the try build, but I couldn't say that for sure since I wasn't able to test anything on it.
