On https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=077fe67c66a9e72ce8abbfa6ae87d7dd897e41dc&filter-searchStr=L10n&selectedJob=120293465, the windows and osx l10n builds fail because EN_US_PACKAGE_NAME is set to target, which doesn't exist on archive.

Linux 32 and 64 work.
