[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Nightly 56.0a1 with a new profile
2.Set "dom.forms.datetime.timepicker" pref to True in about:config
3.In the URL bar enter "data:text/html, <input type="date">
4.Go to month segment and type "02"
5.Go to day segment and insert "31"

[Expected result]:
Date picker should be opened and February calendar should be displayed

[Actual result]:
Date picker displays March calendar

This is a P1 bug without an assignee.
