1386692 - Detect Windows S operating system users visiting www

Currently there are no means to detect users visiting www.mozilla.org that are on the Windows S operating system. 

The problem:  Windows S allows for install of applications only in the Windows store, of which Firefox is not one. 

We need to provide messaging (TBZ) to these users (and must be able to target that messaging to 'S' users only) when they visit the site that they can upgrade from S to Pro and then install Firefox as normal for a Windows operating system.

So if we can not detect them at all - I am thinking we should put some messaging here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?scene=2  "Using Window S - Upgrade to pro before installing"  Does that seem appropriate? I wouldn't want to put that messaging before hitting download.

I can find very little info online about Windows 10 S useragent strings, but this Reddit thread seems to suggest it is not detectable:

It's also not clear to me (perhaps I just need to read more) that the machines that come with Win S will be upgradable to Pro. My understanding is that they'll come with S because they're to be low-power, much like a ChromeBook.
