If all the mozilla windows are minimized, the mail compose windows pops up
again, if minimized already, or you can't minimize the window because it will
keep "bouncing" back. This problem will ONLY occur if no e-mail address is
filled in. If you already entered your message or added a subject or attachment
the problem will still occur, it's only the e-mail address.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new compose window in the mozilla mail and news window.
2. Minimize the compose window first followed by the other mozilla windows (e.g.
browser or mail and news).
OR
3. Minimize all the mozilla windows and finally the compose window

Actual Results:  The mail compose window keeps bouncing up from the taskbar

There is a bug report already talking about bouncing windows but I've got no
problem at all that any other windows. Because of this desided to post this bug
as well.

You might need to know that I've got service pack 2 SRP (security roll-up
package) installed as well.
