As screenshots is now riding to release, over the next few weeks every is getting a WebExtension. I'd like to suggest that we make sure every Talos test has a blank WebExtension. That means we can remove the _webext tests that were added in for bug 1364941 and add WebExtension into the overall baseline. This will save some Talos cycles for the future.

Note: that this will mess a bit with the Add-ons team OKRs because it gave us a clear measure of the cost the WebExtension framework but we can live with that.

There was some work done on using a blank web extension, but it's not clear what we can do here. Closing as incomplete due to the age and lack of information.
