We should have high resolution imagery for sites coming out of Mozilla and Firefox on Newtab.

We will be addressing this problem in the 58 cycle by introducing a hosted 'Tippytop' metadatabase containing highres icons that can't be picked up by the browser in the 'normal' fashion (ie. highres icons aren't available as we are parsing the site's HTML for whatever reason).
