The directory skin/classic/global/scrollbar is missing from the manifest mozilla/embedding/config/embed-jar.mn, although it is referenced elsewhere in the chrome (by scrollbars.css). This gives the scrollbars a different appearance than expected in the Classic theme.

-- verified on latest branch(2002-10-09-05-1.0) and latest trunk(2002-10-10-08-trunk). Scrollbar directory is added to embed.jar file. Marking the bug verified.
