[Description:]
The perceived performance with bug 1362103 change is obvious when comparing the version before the fix with the version after the fix. I believe that we should have the same change for the profile manager window.
 

[Steps:]
1. Open from console with arg -p or set the FF shortcut to open -p.

[Actual Result:]
When the profile manager window is opened, the windows/mac animation applies for it.

[Expected Result:]
The animation for windows/mac should be suppressed for the profile manager window as well.
