Steps to reproduce:

I wanted to checkout a wiki to see if I have access.


Actual results:

When the Auth Dialog pops up (eg http://wiki.tik.ee.ethz.ch/) and I close it with the escape key or a click firefox crashes.

While the crash handler opened I could still hear the music from a private tab.
The music kept on playing for some time even after I tried it again and firefox crashed again.


Expected results:

The dialog should have gone away and firefox should have probably displayed an error message

Thank you. Then can you try disabling all extensions with Safe Mode? uBlock Origin often causes issues. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
