Details
57.0a1 (2017-08-03) (64-bit) on Mac OS X latest version.
STR:
1. open new tab
2. click the gear
3. un-check all boxes
4. open new tabs repeatedly
Expected: all new tabs are blank
Actual: Sometimes they still everything! After a while, it stops.
It's almost as if *some* of the content processes got the message right away, and some got the message a bit later.

"after a while, it stops" as in the newer new tabs show blank? Or that some that did show something eventually become blank?

Also, is this test pilot or nightly version? (Nightly has a "Recommended by Pocket" section and *no* "Highlights" section.)

After while, the new tabs all stayed blank. Well, I opened ~20. Previous to that, every 3-5 tabs would show the content.
Also, I have processCount at 7.

Nightly, because there is a Pocket section.
Wait, no - it's *gone now*. And now there's a Highlights section.
Maybe this is a bug where the two are both present and not playing nice together...

:dietrich, could you try this again in 57 Beta and/or 58 Nightly. I can't reproduce in either.
