Per https://groups.google.com/d/msg/mozilla.dev.platform/lyBR2LLbTEI/j83kjgT4AQAJ, `./mach bootstrap` should be the canonical way to maintain a Mozilla build environment. For this reason, it should be easy to run often. One tweak that would make this better is if it remembered previous answers to its questions and didn't prompt the user to re-answer them, unless given a specific flag.
