Steps to reproduce:
Hi,
I am one of the volunteer and manager of L10n pt-BR team. Sometimes I need to edit bugs related with my team and I always asking for someone else who have editing permissions on bugzilla to edit bugs. So this is why I'm requesting editbugs permissions. That way I'll don't need other people to edit bugs for me.
