This is a follow-up bug for Bug 1375490

[Affected versions]:
Firefox 57.0a1 (2017-08-03)


[Affected platforms]:
Ubuntu 16.04 32-bit

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
2.Navigate to about:config and toggle the value of extensions.webextensions.remote to true. 
3.Restart the browser.
4.Install https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tabs-tabs-tabs-oop/
5.Click on the webextension icon and select “Alert active tab info” option.
 

[Expected Results]:
There are no UI issues while displayed the alert pop-up.

[Actual Results]:
- The webextensions panel extends its size when alert pop-up is displayed..
- See attached screencast.
- This issue is not reproducible with extensions.webextensions.remote set to false

This issue is reproducible also on Firefox 56.0b1 (20170808030909) under Windows 10 64-bit, Ubuntu 16.04 32-bit and Mac OS X 10.12.3 while showing the alert pop-up for a website with a long URL. E.g: https://accounts.google.com/signin/v2/identifier?service=wise&passive=true&continue=http%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2F%3Futm_source%3Den_US&utm_medium=button&utm_campaign=web&utm_content=gotodrive&usp=gtd&ltmpl=drive&urp=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.ro%2F&flowName=GlifWebSignIn&flowEntry=ServiceLogin

Alerts are ok for debugging but really shouldn't be part of a decent add-on experience. Marking P5 as a result, although we could probably won't fix too. We should go for bug 1318114 as well.
