Devices: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Android 5.0.1) LG G4 (Android 5.1) LG Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1) Build: Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-08-04); Steps to reproduce: 1. Download 1 or 2 files completely. Make sure to have another one paused/canceled/in progress. 2. Long tap on a downloaded file, select 'Delete all'. Expected result: The confirmation dialog shows the correct number of files to be deleted, including the incomplete downloads. All files are deleted. Actual result: Incomplete downloads: canceled, paused or in progress, are not included in the confirmation dialog and are not deleted.

(In reply to Oana Horvath from comment #0) > Actual result: > Incomplete downloads: canceled, paused or in progress, are not included in > the confirmation dialog and are not deleted. Which is no different from what Desktop does when you empty the download list.
