1387466 - Change /channel download page to say "All Languages and Platforms" instead of "All Languages and Builds (incl. Win 64)"

On https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/, each of the Firefox channels have a link that reads " All Languages and Builds (incl. Win 64)".
Now that 64 bit has become the default on Windows for Beta, Dev edition and Nightly (All 64 bit Windows users with over 2Gb of memory default to 64 bit Firefox) it sounds appropriate to adjust these strings to "All Languages and Builds (incl. Win 32)".

I think the new links should say something like "All Languages and Builds (including Windows 32-bit)". There is no need to abbreviate "including" to "incl." and the /all download page will (after bug 1336042) use the term "Windows 32-bit".

Just talked with :cpeterson on IRC. We could now simply say "All Languages and Builds" here. Will send a pull request later.

Also: I'm not sure when it has changed but the term "Builds" may confuse some people. I'd prefer to say "All Languages and Platforms" as before so it matches https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Thanks, Kohei! The https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/channel/desktop/ download page now says "All Languages and Platforms". This is cleaner and more consistent.
