I've been subscribed to these alerts for a while, but I think it would be useful to send them to treeherder-internal too. There are two options: * Critical incidents only: "We'll only email you when a critical issue occurs that could directly affect your customer facing production apps" * Critical and minor incidents: "We'll email you when there is any degradation of service including issues that affect your customer-facing production apps and the health of deployment workflow, the Heroku API, and tools." I'll use the former.
