close icon wrong size
In Ubuntu 16.04 latest nightly my notifications appear to have the wrong size close icon as can be seen in my attachment. The settings icon hover state doesn't appear to be aligned correctly either.

Comment on attachment 8895837 [details] Bug 1387496 - Clean up alert.xul styling. https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/167130/#review172294 I feel like the Linux and OSX styling could just be moved into the shared file, since all of it is used by all 3 platforms, but feel free to ignore that for now. Other than that, looks good to me! (Tested on Linux)
