Details

I often have to press tabs more than once to switch to them. Nightly on an updated Surface Book. This is with the bigger tabs in tablet mode (disconnected screen). I don't have a great STR here other than "try to switch to another tab by pressing on its tab title thing". I can take a video if it'd help. I sometimes see little (OS-generated?) dots where I tap that make me think it registered a touch event there but we didn't switch tabs.
