On Linux, when the sidebar is closed, a pair of tiny scrollbars are stuck in the
upper left hand corner.

This happen because when a box is collapsed it makes all the views under it
(0,0). So there are 2 solutions.

1) Fix it so on linix when a window is made 0,0
it is hidden.

2) Add a collapsed value enumeration to views so they can be collapsed.
Do you mean you might add a collapsed view to boxes? That would also make it
easier to persist their state. Right now it is a little strange because the
style holds the collapsed state and during that time, the style is saved some
where else.
