STR:

1. open these sites:

 - https://testpilot.firefox.com/experiments/notes
 - http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/ihit-on-case-of-body-found-in-langley-b-c-while-grass-fire-extinguished-1.4236848

2. switch between the two tabs using ctrl+tab or ctrl+arrow keys

Expected: 

 - tab switching should take the same amount of time regardless of which tab I'm switching from/to

Actual:

 - on OS X I consistently see a delay when switching *form* the news site *to* the Test Pilot page, but do not see a delay switching tabs from testpilot to the news site.

At least on my OS X machine, this appears to be due to a slow paint on the Test Pilot site:

This large rasterization is all in the radial gradient that's in the background of https://testpilot.firefox.com/experiments/notes. This will be handled by WebRender with glee.
