User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 Build ID: 20170806100257 Steps to reproduce: Open multiple tabs. Move one of them right or left. The one next to it stutters while the tab is dragged. The tab isn't always moved after releasing the left click button. Tested with a fresh profile.

Moved tab will also end up 4-5 tabs away from where you intended to drop the moved tab. Also not possible to move the tab to the right-end of the tab strip, it lands in odd places leaving one to go searching where it went.

Can reproduce on the latest nightly with the default theme (linux).
