Steps to reproduce:
It was mentioned on Reddit recently that some add-ons aren't being loaded when Fennec starts sometimes. I hadn't noticed this before, but since this has been mentioned, I've kept an eye on it and have found this to be true.
STR (though I'm unsure how useful these are)
1. Install a few addons (HTTPS Everywhere, uBlock Origin, Cookie AutoDelete)
2. Use Fennec
3. Swipe Fennec away from recent apps
4. Open Fennec
Actual results:
Sometimes, you'll only see HTTPS Everywhere listed in the overflow menu
Expected results:
HTTPS Everywhere, uBlock Origin and Cookie AutoDelete should all have entries in the overflow menu.
