Expected Results: Only the current window was supposed to disappear.
worksforme (same version). tried to reinstall Mozilla at all (removing whole /usr/local/mozilla or what it is [save plugins before!])?
This is what happens: Gdk-ERROR **: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) serial 5116 error_code 3 request_code 15 minor_code 0
Can you give us a talkback ID from that crash ? But first try a new profile .. (run "mozilla -profilemanager" and create an additional test profile)
Keywords: crash
I don't have talkback (or I don't know how to use it). The crash still occurs with a clean profile. I tried that first.
see bug 117974...
You can get a talkback enabled build here if you don't have one (RPM builds do not have talkback): http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest-1.0.0/mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-sea.tar.gz after you crash, it should come up with a window where you can enter some crash info, and then hit "Send". then run (mozilla_dir)/components/talkback/talkback to grab the talkback ID of the crash and report it here. bug 117974 looks specific to Sun, although the problem here could be similar.
Dupe or depends on bug 65121 ?
wfm with win2k build 20020724.. no stack etc... -> wfm
