For next steps, we have it a user-story our backlog to continue our conversation about the upcoming content strategy & available audiences to talk to in support of this project. We'll let you know when this story has been prioritized.

2)  How will you nurture these relationships? (communication strategy, topics, example actions one could take)


3)  How will success be measured? (KPIs)


4)  What is the risk to not doing this? 


5)  What's the timeline for launch? 


6)  Who should be cc’d on this bug and kept informed of updates? 


7)  Any other info we should know? (ie links to campaign or program briefs)

Get in Touch with conscious consumers, make them come back regularly to our news and make Firefox/Mozilla a love brand for them


2)  How will you nurture these relationships? (communication strategy, topics, example actions one could take)

Communication Strategy see mozilla.berlin. Brief and Presentation at 7)
example actions: Download Firefox, spread the word that Firefox/Mozilla is better for everybody in comparison to Google Chrome (technically and on the value level), make people participate as a volunteer.


3)  How will success be measured? (KPIs)
page views, time sent in story, change in brand perception (surveys)


4)  What is the risk to not doing this? 
Miss out on chances getting lapsed German users back, missing out on chances winning new FF users from the CC target group that don#t know about the advantages of FF and the engagement of Mozilla concerning Internet Healh yet.


5)  What's the timeline for launch? 
site must be ready for October 5/ 


6)  Who should be cc’d on this bug and kept informed of updates?

There very likely is a wordpress code snippet that your Dev team could easily grab and put on the new site like the footer on:

I'll leave this bug open until we have confirmation from you that your Dev team was able to get the signup form on the blog setup correctly. If you'd like, let us know when you have the site in a dev environment and we'd be happy to test.

As far as upcoming communications go, work with MJ & Will on content and file a new bug with us when you're ready to talk email send dates + deployment.
