This is a cosmetic bug that places %20 everywhere in the titles of imported
bookmarks from IE in Windows XP (and earlier) 

for example:

Road Runner Software Updates                would become
Road%20Runner%20Software%20Updates

This is strictly a cosmetic bug, BUT... considering I have nearly a hundred
sites bookmarked, and this %20 makes it more difficult to read those bookmarks
(and makes the bookmarks themselves longer so they take up more space on the
screen), it would be nice to have this 'lil bug fixed :-)

I don't know a thing about how the code to import works, but considering few
Bookmarked pages would contain the text %20 in their titles, a quick fix could
be to convert them all to spaces by default :-)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install mozilla on a system with IE (in this case Windows XP w/ IE version 6
2. look at the imported bookmarks from IE

Actual Results:  All imported bookmarks have %20 whever a space was in the
original bookmark title

ex:  Road%20Runner%20Software%20Updates      instead of
     Road Runner Software Updates

Expected Results:  displayed the title for the bookmarks correctly

I think this is an old bug, I haven't played with Mozilla in a year... but, I
think I remember Mozilla having this bug from the beginning... I just let it
slide because ya'll were still workin' on the core components ;-)  Now, it's
time to do a little work on the tiny stuff to make the User Experience even
better :-)

the bug should be fixed...
