[Affected versions]: Tested on latest Nightly 57.0a1(2017-08-07) [Affected platforms]: Tested on Mac OS X 10.12 and Windows 10 x64 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open Firefox with a new profile (observe that the tab toolbar is black) 2. Go to "Customize" and from "Themes" check what theme is selected (observe that "Default" theme is selected) 3. If you select "Default" theme the color from Tab Toolbar changes into a white color. [Expected result]: The Tab Toolbar should have the default theme color(white) [Actual result]: The Tab Toolbar doesn't have the white color, it has the black one. [Regression range]: Please tell me if this is an intended change or is a bug because in this case, I will do a regression to find a regression window. [Additional notes]: Please see the attached video for a better understanding.
