At the moment, 3 people have access to [1]. Mihai suggested over IRC:

I know Rok already has an Heroku account. Do you one have one, Kim and Nick? If so, is it linked to the Mozilla corporate account[2]?
If not, you just need to create a regular Heroku account, and set 2FA up. Then I'll file a bug in "Heroku :: Administration" to link your account to the corp one, and make you a member of [1]
