Details

Working with the latest jaws build (64-bit) on Windows 7 with Nightly 57. 

STR:
1) visit this page - 
http://mathies.com/mozilla/textarea.html
2) tab until the content tab has focus ring

expected: narration about the page
result: no narration

3) tab again to move focus to the text area

expected: narration of the text in the text area
result: no narration

4) try typing in the next area

expected: text entry
result: jaws says "no form elements of same type found." for each keystroke.

I'm seeing similar results in google chrome.
