We draw a divider line between Activity Stream highlights (HighlightsDividerItemDecoration). When scrolling those lines sometimes disappear. I think this always happens when highlights are at the top of the visible list. The code might use visible positions instead of actual positions to decide whether a divider needs to be drawn.
