Expected:
PGO build -> Windows 8 64-bit mochitest-e10s-bc

Actual:
Build success but no tests were scheduled.

Maybe try syntax was not recognized? I was able to add the windows 8 mochitest jobs manually with "Add new jobs".
Works for Windows 10:
