nsViewmanager2 is still pulled by CVS; it's in view/src. dbaron said that it is "long gone", so we should probably remove it for good.
Can a Views module-owner r= this command? cvs remove nsViewManager2.cpp cvs remove nsViewManager2.h cvs commit I'll do it if you approve. According to LXR, no one references these two files.
