1388595 - new Top Sites design less useful (for me)

For me, the new Top Sites design is less useful, for a couple of reasons:

1. I have to scroll to see more than 4 of my top sites.  I very rarely want to look at the Highlights section, so I would prefer more space be given to the top site tiles.

2. A bunch of my top sites have the same label and icon and I can't distinguish them.  (See screen shot, where three of the top sites on the first page are Reddit sub-reddits, but all are labelled "reddit".)

To be clear, for me, all of similarly labelled tiles for me are to different sub-reddits, and I want to be able to distinguish/select them individually.

The latest design should display 8 top sites tiles at a given time. It was implemented in bug 1383733 and here is a sample mock-up:

We're working on solving this in bug 1382332 though we don't have a specific solution just yet.

Cameron, do you feel these initiatives addresses all of your issues with the current design? I'm closing this as a duplicate because I believe we're in the process of addressing your issues - please reopen if you disagree.
