Both do the same. I wonder, if this shouldn't be move elsewhere (to the developer options) in the first place, as it contains only debug mode.

I think this was needed for some devices and/or versions of Android that didn't display the three dots.  I'd be happy to see the "More..." removed if we are guaranteed to have three dot menus on all devices and versions of Android that we support.

Come to think of it, I bet that FxAccountStatusActivity could use some "Photon"-izing; it's probably looking pretty grubby.  sebastian, perhaps this ticket should be morphed into improving the look-and-feel of that screen?
May I know which device and android version you see it? Can you give us a screenshot? Thanks!
