Details

Environment: 
Device: HTC 10 (Android 7.0);
Build: Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-08-08);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Fennec;
2. Tap on History/Top sites Panel;
3. Go to menu and refresh the page.

Expected result:
The user is still on History/Top sites Panel

Actual result:
The Bookmark Panel is displayed.

fwiw, we could add code to handle this (e.g. disable refresh on about:home, or rewrite code to ensure we take no action) but if we add code, there's a chance it'll break and it'll be harder to change related code later. Given how uncommon (I expect) the behavior is, perhaps it's not worth adding the code.
