Device: Motorola Nexus 6 (Android 7.0)
Build: Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-08-08);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure the "Progressive web apps" toggle is ON, in Settings>Advanced menu.
2. Install a web app (e.g. https://react-hn.appspot.com/).
3. Open the web app and tap on a link.

Expected result:
In the previous version implemented, when a webpage outside the web app's scope is opened, we showed a mini-url bar to let the user know that he is outside the trusted domain. 

Actual result:
The url bar is not shown anymore.
