Problem rendering the advert at the top of the screen with RC1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the site
2.Goto the fan films
3.

Actual Results:  Add is misplaced and missing graphic

Expected Results:  Add is at the top and has the graphic

tested this out using the build from today on win98 and mac, and could not 
duplicate this issue. It looks like the page is using iframes and ilayers

I am also updating the URL for the correct path
