When working with a mozilla window and after pressing the minimize button the
window goes to the taskbar, flashes, resizes and pops up again.  There is no
special code in webpage visited.  This happens with simple static pages.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a page maximized
2. press minimize button.
3. window now will popup again.

Actual Results:  window resized

Expected Results:  minimized

This is a duplicate of our most frequent bug, bug 120155 (Browser window does
not minimize (minimised window restores, won't stay minimised)).
